Nickel plated brass wall mount TP holder manufactured by Gardner - Vail. Fixture is marked No. 148 on the back as well. Heavy duty construction for industrial application. Original nickel or chrome plated finish is remarkably intact, but does show small spots of finish loss and some scrapes son all sides. Offered "As Found".
