Sargent & Greenleaf Padlock marked with patent numbers, manufacturer information, Ingersoll, 83?, US, and 1974. The number following 83 is not legible to me. The key is present and works. It is marked MEDECO. A chain with a mounting plate is attached to the lock. The area near the bail has been cut or ground on at some point in time. See images. I thought these things were indestructible? Very heavy. Additional pictures and measurements available upon request.
