Early 20th Arts & Crafts chandelier with caramel slag glass lantern center body and two gas arms that have been converted to electricity. Four rectangular panels of caramel slag and the four bent glass panels in the access door appear to be original and free from cracks or repairs. Both gas arms have been electrified. Period keyless Edison sockets have been installed inside of the cast brass Acanthus leaf covers. The finial located on the bottom of each arm originally doubled as the gas shut off valve. The socket located inside of the center body is accessed via the bent glass panels door located on the bottom of the fixture. One side is hinged and the opposite features a cast brass latch.
